Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，日本の大学におけるピアサポート活動の組織形態とサポート内容を類型化し，その持続可能性を明らかにすることを目的とする。そのために，ピアサポート組織の日常的なコミュニケーションとダイナミズムに着目し，参与観察やインタビューなどを通じて，短期間に生じる微細な変化について明らかにし，ピアサポート組織の持続可能な運営に向けた方法論を構築する。このことを通じて，ピアサポート活動の発展に貢献する。
