Outline of Research at the Start

近年、理学療法士（PT）を取り巻く社会情勢や臨床実習体制は大きく変化し、PT学生の質の担保ならびに職場での即戦力が求められ、学内教育の重要性が増している。
本研究では、医学教育用シミュレーター（介助用人形）を用いて重度片麻痺を想定した理想的な移乗・歩行介助動作を筋電計と動作解析の同時計測で定量的に特徴づける（研究①）。研究①で構築した手法に基づいて、PT学生にリアルタイムなフィードバックを行うことで移乗・歩行介助技術の向上が得られるかを検討し、卒前教育プログラムの開発につなげる（研究②）。本研究により、臨床実習中に理学療法技術を実践する機会が増え、臨床教育の充実に寄与する可能性がある。
