本研究は、医学生のプロフェッショナリズムを涵養する教育プログラムの開発を目的とし、科目「協同学習」で取得した各種データの分析、新たなプロフェッショナリズム尺度の開発、プロフェッショナリズム教育の教材ライブラリの作製、教育実践の評価を通じてその効果を検証するものである。
