Outline of Research at the Start

これまでの基礎研究を基に、教員志望学生を対象とした質問紙調査を実施し、①総合的な人間力の向上に寄与する促進因子を再確認し、②教育プログラム及び自主トレーニングブックを作成・実施し、その効果を検証する。事前事後調査による短期的影響評価及びワークブックの記述内容等による形成的評価の結果を踏まえて、③学習効果及び実行可能性ともに高い教育プログラムを作成する。本研究の成果により、教員養成課程における系統的な教育カリキュラムの構築について提言するとともに、学習者の自律的な学びのための自主トレーニングブックを用いることによって、主体的かつ継続的な学びを実現することができる。
