Outline of Research at the Start

意欲と学力をともに伸ばす，質の高い理科授業を実践できる教員を養成するための，新たな研修を開発する。具体的には，小中高大の中核的な理科教員からなるワーキンググループ（教員WG）を組織し，①授業の特徴および効果を定量的かつ複合的に測定・分析する評価ツールを開発し，探究型授業を可視化する。②教員WGで探究型の理科授業を開発・実践し，評価ツールで質を確保した授業動画と資料を授業パッケージとしてWeb上に公開し，授業研修会を定期開催する。③教員WGが授業パッケージを用いて教員志望学生の授業実践力を指導する事例研究を推進し，効果を検証し，参加者を全国に拡大する。
