Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、高専においてマスクレスフォトリソグラフィ（MLL）を用いた実践的な微細加工技術教育を開発し、低コストで実現できるMLLを使った半導体デバイス製造実習を確立させる。具体的にはダイオードやMOS-FETなどMLLを使って作製し、その静特性を測定しデバイス評価を行う実習や、ロジックのレイアウトを設計し、MLLを用いて回路を作製する実習を計画している。また、他機関にも展開できるように、微細加工技術をデータベース化して可視化し、実習教育のパッケージとして公開することで、半導体教育の革新とその普及を図る。
