Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、教師の「授業力」を顕在的なもの（目に見える観察可能なもの）のみに留めて捉えるのでなく、潜在的なもの（目に見えないもの）の存在を想定して捉えることを提案するものである。とは言うものの、潜在的な授業力を客観的に捉えることには大きな困難があり、そもそもその存在を客観的に立証することも不可能に近い。しかし、だからと言って教師の「授業力」を顕在的な事柄のみで捉えていればそれでよいということでなく、潜在化され客観的に観察できない事柄が暗黙のうちに存在する「潜在的要因」や「潜在的授業力」を想定した上で、教師の授業を観るべきであるということを指摘したい。
