| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、STEAM教育推進に向け、教師の職能開発（PD）を支援する専門職共同体STEAM-PLCに着目する。STEAM教育先進国である米国ではSTEAM-PLC研究が進むが、日本には教育文脈に適応したSTEAM-PLCやその方法論が存在しない。そこで本研究は、先行研究を包括的に整理し、STEAM-PLCパイロット版を開発、日本の教育文脈へ適用させ日本型STEAM-PLC開発を行う。最終的に、開発時に重視すべき知見を実証的に導出し、日本型STEAM-PLC開発方法論を構築する。
