Outline of Research at the Start

他者から共感やアドバイスを受けることで励まされる「対人的情動調整」に関する従来の研究では，受け手を，情動調整を一方的に受け取る，受動的な存在として位置づけていた。しかし実際には受け手は，自分なりに状況を意味づけ，他者にサポートを求めるのか，あるいは自分自身の力で情動を調整するのかを決定する能動的な主体である。この対人的情動調整のプロセスにおける受け手の能動的な役割を実証的に検討するため，本研究では，ネガティブな出来事に対する受け手の認知的評価と，他者に援助を求めたか否か，また求めた場合はどのような援助を求めたのかという，援助希求の方略選択およびその結果との関連を検討する。
