Outline of Research at the Start

(1) 強制選択形式を用いて，回答バイアスの影響を受けにくい新しい知的謙虚さの測定法を開発する。
(2) 信念と反する証拠の探索行動の予測について，既存の尺度と比較した新しい尺度の増分妥当性を示す。
(3) 年齢による発達的変化や教育年数，他のパーソナリティ特性，認知能力，適応(自尊心，人生満足度，収入) 等との関連を明らかにする。
これにより，知的謙虚さの特性を明らかにし，知的謙虚さを育成する将来の教育的介入の基盤を形成する。
