Outline of Research at the Start

教師の精神疾患，病気休職者は増加の一途を辿り，教師のメンタルヘルス，働き方改革は急務の課題である。一方，児童生徒の問題も増加の一途を辿っており，教師のメンタルヘルスの問題は，教師の仕事や児童生徒との関わりから得られるやりがいの低下から来ると考えた。実際，OECDも生徒のwell-beingの実現には教師のwell-beingが不可欠であると指摘する。
そこで本研究は，教師のケア，ケアする人間関係（相互ケアリング）が，教師の効力感，集合効力感，教師のwell-being，子どものwell-beingに与える影響を検証し，子どもだけでなく，教師のケアが子どもと教師に及ぼす影響，効果を検証する。
