Outline of Research at the Start

自伝的記憶の観点から現代日本人成人の加齢変化への心理的適応過程に関連する特徴と法則性について仮説を構築する。この仮説をもとに、特に主観的加齢とWell-beingに関連する変数を抽出し、新たな主観的加齢の測定方法を開発し、その有効性を検証する。加齢変化を身体と精神の両側面から調査し、各々の自覚と受容のパターンの観点から主観的加齢の測定法を考案するという本研究の切り口は国内外を含めて従来研究になかった視点であり、Well-beingや健康につながる主観的加齢のメカニズム解明に貢献できる。
