Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，教師による学習者中心の授業づくりに必要な力量を高める，理論的・実証的に支えられた研修プログラムを開発することである。そのうえで，とりわけ学習者中心の授業づくりが期待されている，日本の小中学校の教師を対象とした研修プログラムの開発を行う。こうした目的を果たすために，本研究では，以下のことを実証的な検討を通じて行っていく。ひとつめは，研修プログラムを支える補助教材の作成である。ふたつめは，補助教材を活用した研修プログラムを，教員志望学生と小中学校の教師などを対象に試行的に実施することを通じて，効果検証を行うことである。
