Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、思春期のうつ病を早期に発見するため、Patient Health Questionnaire-9 modified for adolescents (PHQ-A)日本語版の妥当性とカットオフ値を検証する。本研究では、日本初の大規模出生コーホート研究「環境と子どもの健康に関する北海道スタディ」の参加者を対象として、14歳時点でPHQ-A日本語版による質問票調査を行い、うつ病の確定診断に用いる半構造化面接Children's Depression Rating Scale, Revised (CDRS-R)を実施して比較することにより、PHQ-A日本語版の判別的妥当性を検証する。
