Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、未就学児をもつ夫婦の働き方について様々な要因を調査し、その影響を夫婦のジェンダー意識に着目し、日本独自の課題を明らかにする。さらに、夫婦のジェンダー意識とそれに伴われる夫婦間コミュニケーションに焦点を当て、家族関係を良好に保つために効果的なコミュニケーションのあり方について提言を行う。実際には、子育て中の夫婦の様々な働き方について調査をおこなったうえで、夫婦のジェンダー意識と実際の夫婦間コミュニケーションや家族関係との関連を明らかにする。これらの結果を通して、子育て中の夫婦に対して、ジェンダーをめぐる有効なコミュニケーションについて提言する。
