Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、学年担任制導入が教員のメンタルヘルス不調予防として有効かの知見を得ること、複数年にわたる縦断観察研究で要因間の因果関係を明らかにすること、市町村教育委員会の協力のもとで学校教員対象の縦断研究が安定継続的に実施できる研究体制の基盤の構築を目的とする。要因としてプレゼンティーズム、ソーシャル・キャピタル、ワークライフバランスを採り上げ、学年担任制導入の有無との関係を検証する。
