Outline of Research at the Start

児童生徒の心理的ストレスを軽減し、ストレス耐性を高めることを目指した認知行動療法型ストレスマネジメントは、一定の有効性が示されている。また、昨今は、自殺予防対策の一環として「SOSの出し方に関する教育」の実施が学校に求められている。SOSを出すことはコーピングの１つとして理解可能であることから、より包括的なストレスマネジメントプログラムの開発が可能であると考えられる。そこで、本研究課題は、具体的な介入の方法論を構築し、実証的検討を踏まえプログラムを体系化することを目的とする。
