Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ポジティブ感情の効果的な増加を目指す。そのために、近年アメリカ国立精神衛生研究所が策定した研究領域基準のうち、ポジティブ価システムに焦点を当てる。本研究の目的は、ポジティブ価システムの容易な測定法と介入法を開発することである。この目的を達成するために、本研究では次の3つの研究を主に遂行する。研究1では、ポジティブ価システムを容易に測定することができる心理尺度を開発し、その妥当性と信頼性を検討する。研究2ではポジティブ価システムの機能を向上させる要因をオンライン調査を複数回実施することにより検討する。研究3ではポジティブ価システムの介入法を開発し、その効果を検証する。
