Outline of Research at the Start

海外在留者は、日本とは異なる気候や文化、言語、環境に適応する必要がありますが、メンタルヘルス支援は不十分です。ストレス対処力は思考力や社会性を育むことがわかっており、野外遊びが有効な対策として注目されています。本研究では、在外日本人親子のために、野外遊びを取り入れたメンタルケアプログラム（Treasure is Outdoor Play for Mentalhealth：TOP親プログラム）を開発し、その実現可能性と有効性を検証します。親子への心理教育動画と面談、子どもへの野外遊びを組み合わせ、在外でのメンタルケア支援の不足を補い、グローバル戦略にも貢献することを目指します。
