Outline of Research at the Start

NICUでの看護師・助産師の心理的ケアに関する臨床知と、非医療者がNICUという特殊な環境から受ける心理的影響を可視化し、NICUにおける心理的ケアモデルの構築を目指す。
そのために本研究では、①NICUにおける心理的ケアの現状と教育的課題を析出する、②保護者を想定した非医療者群と心理的ケア熟練者群の視線解析の比較から熟練者の「臨床知」を明らかにする、③実際のNICU環境が引き起こす心理的影響を明らかにするため、非医療者を対象として（ア）静止画（二次元）と実際の環境下（三次元）との比較、（イ）継続的なNICU入室体験の追跡調査、を行う。
