Outline of Research at the Start	少年院に発達障害等の発達上の課題を有する者が在院し、出院後の社会適応も重要な課題となっている。障害への支援が不十分、周囲と適切な関係が築けない等の要因から再犯に至る場合もある。在院中の支援者である教官や保護者の関わりが出院後の社会適応にも多大な影響を及ぼすが、支援者への介入やそれによる少年への効果は明らかになっていない。本研究では、発達障害者の行動改善に効果が認められている応用行動分析を用いた「行動理解プログラム」として、1）教官にペアレント・トレーニング支援者版、保護者にペアレント・トレーニング、2）少年に行動理解教育を実施し、それぞれの効果を心理面や行動変容から明らかにする。
