Outline of Research at the Start

社交不安症（SAD）は社会的機能を障害されやすく、早期から適切な治療介入が重要である。認知行動療法（CBT）はSADの第一選択治療法と評価されているが、医療機関は限られており、CBTを希望する患者全員に十分な治療を提供することは困難である。CBTが奏功する可能性が高いと判断される患者に優先的にCBTを提供するために、本研究ではMRI脳画像および認知機能検査等指標により、CBTによるSADの脳機能変化のメカニズムを解明し、治療効果の予測因子を縦断的に同定し、治療反応性予測モデルの構築を目指す。これにより、患者特性に応じた治療選択を可能とし、SADの病態理解やCBTの作用機序の解明にも貢献できると期待される。
