Outline of Research at the Start

現在の日本では、多様なマイノリティ集団が存在し、その集団に対する差別や偏見が未だに存在している。これらを解消することは重要な人権課題であり、これまでに様々な教育や啓発活動等のアプローチが講じられてきた。しかし未だにマイノリティへの差別や偏見、否定的な態度は存在している。
本研究は、このマイノリティへの否定的な態度を肯定的な態度に変容させることが可能な「マイノリティ共感」という概念を提唱し、その尺度作成、国際比較を行うものである。マイノリティ共感は、研究代表者がLGBTQ+の当事者に対して肯定的な態度を示しているAllyへのインタビュー調査に基づいて提唱されたものである。
