Outline of Research at the Start

感情調整はさまざまな心理的問題に関わり、うつ病や不安症などの感情症に共通するプロセスとして、その発症や維持要因との関連が検証されてきた。近年、感情調整の問題に対する診断横断的アプローチが開発されているが、国内で有効性を検証する臨床試験は限定的で、その作用機序も十分に明らかにされていない。そこで本研究では、感情調整を介入の中心とする心理療法として、エモーション・フォーカスト・セラピー（Emotion-Focused Therapy; EFT）の効果を検討する。また、どのように有効かを明らかにし、感情調整能力を高める介入プログラムの開発を目指す。
