Outline of Research at the Start

アレキシサイミア傾向者の関係性の障害に着目し、アタッチメント・スタイルおよびメンタライゼーション機能が、他者との関係性や関係性の相互性を媒介してどのように精神的・身体的健康に影響を及ぼすのかについて縦断調査研究でその因果関係を明らかにすることを大目的としている。メンタライゼーション機能は、心理療法介入の鍵変数であることが示唆されており、その関心はアレキシサイミア研究においても同様である。大学生と成人夫婦を対象に、アレキシサイミア、アタッチメント・スタイル、関係性の相互性やメンタライズ機能の心身の健康に対する因果関係を縦断研究で明らかにし、介入プログラム開発可能性を高めることができる。
