Outline of Research at the Start

メンタルヘルス不調により職場を休職し，療養，リハビリ後に復職しても，再休職する労働者が全体の約半数に達する。申請者らは復職支援の事例研究を重ね，復職者自身が上司，家族，医療者との人間関係の葛藤に注目し，他者からの支援の中でそれらを解決していくことが安定した就労につながる可能性を論じてきた。本研究では，事例研究から導かれた知見をもとに，再休職要因について，労働者個人の要因と事業所のフォローアップ体制（職場要因）の両面から解明していく。その際，労働者をとりまく人間関係の葛藤と支援を軸に検討し，最終的には労働者および事業所に対して，再休職を予防できる具体的な支援モデルを構築し提案することを目指す。
