Outline of Research at the Start

ひきこもり状態に変化がない状況が続くと家族は不安等の陰性感情が刺激され、子どもと敵対的になったり、回避的になってしまうなど、問題解決機能が低下してしまう。そこで、自他の内面を想像するメンタライジング能力の回復によって、適切な関わりを促進することが期待できる。しかし、ひきこもりのように目に見える反応がなく、対話的交流が困難な場合、家族のメンタライジングは機能しにくい。そこで本研究では、当事者家族及びひきこもり経験者を対象とした調査を行い、家族ニーズが高い場面ごとにひきこもり者の心情を理解する心理教育ツールを作成し、既存の家族支援プログラムと統合したうえでその実践性と有効性を検証していく。
