Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、「説明」を「理解不振を把握・改善する支援行為」と位置づけ、抑うつ・不安症状を呈する大学生の学生相談機関の利用を促進する説明方略を用いた介入法を開発することを目指す。これまでの援助要請を促進する介入の効果は限定的であり、援助要請が促進されない背景には、学生相談に関して、大学生の理解不振が生じており、援助要請促進の介入においては、理解不振を改善するための説明方略が必要となると考える。本研究により、理論面・実践面の両面において、援助要請研究を発展させ、かつ学生相談領域の実践にも貢献することが期待できる。
