Outline of Research at the Start

社会的孤立や孤独は死亡リスクを高める。Covid-19パンデミック以来、孤立や孤独の問題は深刻化し社会全体の喫緊の課題となっている。大学入学や就職といった生活移行期にこれらの問題は生じやすいが、実際にその時期にどのように孤独や孤立感が変動するのかは明らかになっていない。本研究は、そうした時期に1週間ごとの繰り返し調査を行い、移行期における個人の孤立や孤独の変動過程を明らかにする。加えて抑うつも同時に測定し、孤独や孤立との関連を検討することで、適切な介入のタイミングを検討した上で、移行期の不適応を予防する介入手法の提案も行う。
