本研究は,高強度伸長パーライト鋼におけるデラミネーション(き裂進展方向に垂直なき裂)の発生機構を解明し,異常感知機能を有する機械部品の開発を目的とする.切欠き形状およびひずみ速度を変化させた試験により,デラミネーションが疲労き裂進展寿命やたわみに与える影響を明らかにする.得られた知見に基づき,安全性と信頼性を両立する構造部品の設計指針確立を目指す.
