Outline of Research at the Start

人工股関節置換術（THA）後の大腿骨の運動特性および大腿骨内の応力分布に及ぼす影響因子を明らかにすることを目的として，これまでに大腿骨とステムの複合モデルによる振り子実験と有限要素（FE）解析を実施し，各因子の影響を明らかにした．本研究では，コンピュータモデリング，FE解析および統計分析を駆使し，複数の影響因子による複合的影響を調べるとともに，これまでの研究の結果と比較し，各因子の寄与度と因子間の相互作用を評価することを目的としている．本研究の成果はTHAの施行および人工股関節の設計開発に新たな知見を与え，THAの発展に貢献できると期待している．
