Outline of Research at the Start

近年，薬剤投与経路の最適化を目的としたDDS(Drug Delivery System)のための，ナノ微粒子の研究開発が盛んである．使用される薬剤DDS粒子は保存溶液・マトリックス中での評価・分析が必須でかつ，毒性・発がん性が懸念される蛍光プローブを使用した分析が自ずと利用できないことから，ナノ領域での新たな分光・計測技術が求められている．本課題ではDDS微粒子の表面・内部のナノ構造・薬理特性解析のため，ベクトリアルな偏光干渉系と光波混合光学系などを併設導入した非線形レーザ顕微鏡を開発し，溶液やマトリックス中で分光計測可能な蛍光ラベルフリーでの超解像タイムラプスイメージング法を提案する．
