Outline of Research at the Start

R7年度は基礎実験による原理検証を行い，数値計算による多重化の限界を見積もる。R8年度はマルチスケール形状計測を試み，R9年度はマルチスペクトルイメージングを実施し，数値計算の結果と合わせて本法の適用限界や可能性を検討する。
