Outline of Research at the Start

研究の目的を実現するため、CO2排出量を港湾経路選択における要因の一つとして明示的に組み込んだ荷主の港湾経路選択推計モデルを開発し、輸送モード毎の脱炭素の進展に関するシナリオと、荷主企業にとっての国際コンテナ貨物の経路に起因するCO2排出量削減に対する経済評価に関するシナリオ、の2種類のシナリオを統合したシナリオ毎に荷主企業の経路選択への影響を分析する。
また、SCOPE3の公表義務化を、海外トランシップ経路から直行便利用へのシフトを促すインセンティブ制度であると捉え直し、国際コンテナ港湾政策の目標である戦略港湾への基幹航路の維持拡大との整合的性の観点から比較評価を行う。
