Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，道路整備による誘発交通の実証的エビデンスを提示し，その結果をもとに，誘発交通を考慮した交通需要推計モデルの構築を目的とする．本研究は，夜間光データ，携帯端末データ，ETC2.0データ等を用いて，道路整備前後における周辺地域の経済活動，交通時間・交通時間信頼性，交通流動の変化について，実ケースを対象に分析する点に特徴がある．道路整備による誘発交通等の影響計測にあたっては，統計的因果推論に基づくマッチング，差の差分析等を行い，できる限り厳密な推定を試みる．また，実測された誘発交通の弾性値を反映できるようパラメータ推定を試みることで，実用的な交通需要推計モデルの開発を目指す．
