Outline of Research at the Start	2024年度以降、省エネ規制が強化されることから、全ての建築物をZEB化するには、省エネ技術の新開発とその広範な普及が急務である。本研究は新技術の開発に注目し過去60年以上にわたる省エネ技術の変遷を分析することで、将来の技術発展を予見することを目的とする。特に1960年代以降に建設された国内トップクラスの省エネ建築に採用された技術を調査し、その技術の進化と政策や省エネ規制が技術普及に与えた影響を明らかにする。さらに、設計図面からエネルギー消費性能計算プログラムを用いて一次エネルギー消費量を評価し、設備設計者やメーカーへのヒアリングを通じて、新技術の開発背景を検証する。
