Outline of Research at the Start

ペンシルビルは、外皮面積が増えることから空調負荷の大きなペリメーターゾーンが大きくなるため、外皮面積をどれだけ減らせば脱炭素に寄与するのか明らかではない。本研究は、ペンシルビルの多い地区で、いかに脱炭素の都市づくりを実現するか明らかにすることを目的とする。具体的には、①脱炭素の観点から最低敷地面積を明確にし、②建物寿命の観点から建替えを行う場合と、③建替えまで時間がかかる場合別に、脱炭素都市づくりに向けた処方箋を提示する。ここで提示する手法を④複数便益を検討することで、脱炭素以外のメリットを提示する。
