| Outline of Research at the Start |
ベトナム国ホーチミン市においては、市独自の都市計画制度（Resolution：国会決議）を制定し、公共交通沿線の市街地の都市開発を官民連携により推進しようとしている。本調査では、日本のJICAによる支援を受け2024年12月に開業したホーチミン市ではじめてとなる都市鉄道である１号線沿線の市街地の都市開発状況を調査し、市独自の都市計画制度の適用状況を明らかにするものである。加えて、新たな都市計画の仕組みの影響を適切に評価するため、広範な都市域への影響や沿線住民の生活実態の変化等についても調査・分析を行う。
