Outline of Research at the Start	「サービス付き高齢者向け住宅」（以下、サ高住）の入居者は自立から寝たきりまで幅広く、災害時は見守りや避難介助を要する。2024年度からサ高住も「災害時事業継続計画」（以下、BCP）の作成対象となった。しかし、サ高住は事業形態が幅広く、建築基準法上の区分も物件ごとに異なる。BCP作成のガイドラインも、国が作成した特別養護老人ホームなど介護施設向けはあるが、サ高住の複雑な事業形態に対応したものはない。本研究はサ高住の事業形態ごとの防災対策の課題を、事業者へのヒアリング調査と全国的なアンケート調査を用いることで、現場の声を踏まえながら整理・分類し、事業類型に応じた防災対策ガイドラインを立てる。
