Outline of Research at the Start

本研究で構想するシステムは、空き家バンクに「非公開情報」として市役所内部データを数量化し集積する。空き家所有者からは公開する情報だけではなく、非公開のより詳細な物件情報、成約者だけではなく非成約者からも情報を取得する。全ての情報を定期的にCSVデータで一括書出しを行い、新設するデータ解析システムにより空き家の需要予測を行い、その精度を検証する。
