Outline of Research at the Start	グリーンインフラはその多機能性に特徴がある。そのため導入に際しては、雨水流出抑制や都市内緑地の創出、健全な生態系の再構築といった環境的側面、住民のウェルビーイング向上といった社会的側面、域内投資の促進や地域振興効果といった経済的側面からの多面的評価が欠かせない。また、GIの評価には気候、住民の社会的属性、地域の人口動態・立地特性などの地域性や住民のニーズを考慮した、評価基準の重みづけや客観的なルーブリックの導出が求められる。本研究ではアジアの都市において多面的な計画評価の理論的基盤形成を目指し、GI評価手法の体系化と地域性と住民のニーズを反映した多面的GI事前評価手法の提案を行う。
