Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、19世紀半ばから20世紀初頭におけるイタリア諸都市周辺に分布する小ヴィラの建設過程を明らかにしようとするものである。これまでの研究において、フィレンツェ首都期の都市拡大事業で建設された小ヴィラとローマの一部の地区について、規模や形態、建設順序について分析し、建築形態や庭園との配置の傾向や、計画と実際の相違点などを明らかにし、イタリア近代都市の考察に小ヴィラの分析が有効であることがわかってきた。本研究では、フィレンツェ・ローマの対象地域を広げ、さらにトリノを対象として加えて同様の分析を行い、3都市の比較を行っていく。
