Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、複数個の工場が接続されている生産ラインのスケジューリングを分散型インテリジェント手法で行うことで、リアルタイムに生産最適化を実現することを目的とする。本提案により、生産ラインにおけるボトルネック工場の前工場は後工場の処理能力と処理順序に合わせて最適なタイミングと順序でジョブを完成することができる。また、生産の途中で作業遅れや機械の短時間メンテナンスなど動的な外乱が発生してもリアルタイムに対応可能となる。生産ライン全体の効率、知能性およびロバスト性が向上されるスマート生産システムの実現が期待できる。
