Outline of Research at the Start

救命救急室（ER）では，救急搬送された重篤な患者に対して，救命措置を施している．ERでの業務の特性上，潜在的な危険の見落としや勘違いなどのヒューマンエラーが患者安全上重大な問題に結びつく可能性があることから，リスク・ハザードを迅速に知覚し，重大な事象に結び付く前に対処することが重要となる．本研究では，東京医科歯科大学病院の協力の下で，ERに関わる現場の医療従事者（医師，看護師）のリスク・ハザードの認知プロセスに関する特徴および技能を明らかにすること，ならびにこれらの知見を活用した教育訓練ツールの試作を目的とする．
