Outline of Research at the Start

国内物流では，需要が供給を大幅に上回る見通しであり，抜本的な輸配送効率化が求められている．共同輸配送が対策の一つとして挙げられるが，国内での進展は緩やかである．そこで，本研究では共同輸配送から一歩進めた輸配送の一元化（公共インフラ化）を提案する．まず，エネルギー輸配送を中心に公共インフラ化が可能な領域を整理する．次に，輸配送の公共インフラ化を実現した場合の効果について，数理モデルを用いて分析する．さらに，公共インフラ化実現に向け既存事業者へどのようなインセンティブを提供すべきかを分析する．最後に，これらの分析を通じて明らかになった公共インフラ化実現のための課題を整理し，その解決策を提案する．
