Outline of Research at the Start

2024年、能登半島地震が発生した。半島では2007年の大地震を受け、病院の災害
対策強化が行われたが、現在では、地域の人口減少予測を理由に、将来的な病院集約が検討されている。我が国の病院の災害対策は各病院に災害対策を課すことで推進されてきたが、今後の人口減少社会においては、地域内の病院群で被災地医療を相互補完する新しい考え方が必要である。そこで本研究では、大阪府と奈良県を対象に、各病院の専門性や立地をふまえた災害時機能を算出し、それを用いて地域内病院群としての災害時機能を示す指標を構築する。本研究の目的は、地域の病院群を単位とした災害時機能の把握であり、将来的には、構築した指標を全国展開する。
