Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、ミスマッチ法に基づいてデザインしたTALENを細胞内で発現・構築し、ターゲット配列を有する細胞のゲノムのみを高正確に編集する技術開発を目的とする。また、ゲノム中にターゲット遺伝子を有する細胞においてのみ遺伝子を改変し、ターゲットではない細胞のゲノムを傷つけないことを明らかにする。
