Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、偏光イメージングを応用したベクトル光回折トモグラフィ(ODT)により、生体組織の3次元複屈折を定量化可能な、マルチモーダルなバイオイメージングの確立を目指す。ベクトルODTは、細胞の内部器官や代謝活動などの生物物理学的パラメータと相関した3次元誘電率テンソルを再構成できるため、病理組織診断や創薬開発などへの幅広い応用展開が期待できる。
