Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、生理活性を有する環状エーテル系天然物海洋産および環状過酸化物の効率的な合成について検討を行う。具体的には、海洋産THPマクロライドであるmandelalide Aおよびleukascandrolide Aの全合成を目指す。また、この一連の研究中に新たに見出したオゾニドの合成法を活用し、環状過酸化物である各種オゾニドを合成し、その生理活性について調査を行う。
