Outline of Research at the Start

核酸医薬が次世代医薬品として期待されるなかで，ヌクレオチドのリン酸エステル部分をチオリン酸エステルへ変換し，安定性を付与する試みが盛んに行われている。そのため，チオリン酸エステルの簡便な合成法が求められている。本課題では，申請者が既に開発しているエステル交換法によるリン酸エステルの合成法をチオリン酸トリエステルに拡張し，「エステル交換法によるチオリン酸エステルの合成法の開発とそれを用いたヌクレオチド類の合成」を行うこと行う。
